My professional and personal goal is to harmonise mind and body through holistic forms of therapy. In the longer term I’d like to work towards building a rehabilitation foundation that assists others to reach a strong mind-body connection.

Reiki Healing

Reiki – meaning universal life-force energy – is a Japanese holistic, light-touch, energy-based therapy. Working in tandem with the body, Reiki re-establishes a normal energy flow throughout the system, which in turn enhances and accelerates the body’s innate healing ability.

Reiki Healings can be offered at the clients home upon request, otherwise at YYoga Flow studio at 888 Burrard St, 2nd floor, Downtown Vancouver on Monday morning/afternoons.
